      Will is probably the most important personal document that everyone should have. It is about ensuring matters are organised and planned for your loved ones. However, writing a Will could be costly and timely, and not to mention - difficult to complete. So, many put it at the bottom of the to-do list. Not that we are saying dying is the New Year's resolution… but since we are just into the New Year when most of us had the time over the holidays to relax and to reflect, it is a great time to make Writing your Will a New Year's resolution.

      Hi, thanks for your comments. Unfortunately, the title only allows a small space. Hence, in the description space, we try to elaborate in more details. In short, with the OZ special, you pay $24.99 which includes a Will and the 1st year subscription $4.99. After that it is $4.99 per year which entitles you to unlimited edits, digital storage of your Will, personal video message and digital connection of your executor to your Will account. By the way, it is your choice to go on annual subscription or just one-off $24.99. Whilst you wont have ongoing stewardship service after the 1st year if you choose one-off payment, you will still have your original Will in your own hands. Hope this helps explain the fee and services

    Aside from the video and executor connection, how does your service differ from that of the Public Trustee, who provide the service (will creation and maintenance) for free (at least here in QLD)?

      Yes, we are aware of some public trustees such as QLD provide Will making for free. I guess we can use the analogy of coke vs. pepsi vs. 7-up vs. Sprite. They are all good soft drinks, offering something different in its own right. But, some people prefer one to the others. A matter of taste, preference and requirement.

    You need to make it easier for your potential customers to buy from you.

    Why make them jump through hoops filling in details before they can pay to get your service?

    What if they just want to fill in the details later when they are free?

    What if they just want to buy a gift certificate from you ?

We thought this would give potential customers a chance to try before you buy. We don't mean to make it difficult for you to buy from Greatwill.

      Customers can always fill in details later. Your account with Greatwill is on an annual basis. So, once purchase, you are entitled to the stewardship service which includes unlimited edits to the Will and execute new Will as your circumstances change. So, if you want to take advantage of the OZ deal, you could firstly fill in with "dummy" info and proceed to purchase with the OZ deal. Then, you can always go back to your Will account later and put in the true info such as your executors, witness, etc. You do, however, need to register with your true email address as we use your email address as the base of your Will account with Greatwill.

      If you wish to buy a gift certificate for a friend, we would be more than happy to help. Please contact [email protected].

But, to answer your question, you should have received an email which provides you a link to our payment gateway. This is to ensure that you are led to a secured payment gateway. At the payment gateway, you can put in the validation discount code OZ to get your discount. I can see in our system that you received the email from our system at 12:31 today unless the email you input is incorrect. The only way me us to check is if you could provide us with your correct email. Hence, please communicate with you at [email protected] so that you are disclosing your private information unnecessarily. thanks!
