Entry is open to residents of Australia & New Zealand, 18 years of age or over.

The Promotion commences at 12.01am (AEDT) on 18 January 2016 & closes at 11.59pm (AEDT) on 31 March 2016. ("Promotion Period").

Prize Draw:
The draw will take place at MDSA, Suite 5/15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 at 2.00pm (AEDT) on 4 April 2016 from all eligible entries. The winner will be notified by phone and in writing, and announced in The Australian & New Zealand Herald newspapers on 11 April 2016

The Prize.
If the first eligible entry drawn from all entries received during the Promotion Period entered the Promotion via Method 1 they will receive the A$100,000 Major Prize. Method 1 total prize value is AU$100,000

If the first eligible entry drawn from all entries received during the Promotion Period entered the Promotion via Method 2 they will receive the A$100,000 Major Prize, and the person who referred them will also win the Share & Win Prize which is a 2015 Hyundai RB3 Accent Hatch 1.4P Active Auto. Maximum retail value of the Share & Win Prize is A$16,000. Method 2 total value is AU$116,000

The Share & Win Prize
includes the first 12 months registration in the winner’s Australian State or Territory of residence; the first 12 months compulsory third party insurance and other on road costs including, stamp duty, dealership charges & statutory charges, dependent upon the Australian State or Territory of the winner’s usual residential address, for Australian resident. The New Zealand equivalent will be provided should the winner be a New Zealand resident..

The vehicle will be provided in a Sleek Silver Paint finish and Black Trim

All ancillary costs or accessories not expressly provided are the responsibility of the winner. The prize excludes, operational costs, fuel, personal costs and any other ancillary or incidental costs related to the prize or anything else not specifically mentioned, which is the responsibility of the winner.

Collection of the vehicle is subject to availability of the vehicle, but is anticipated to be within 4 weeks of the date the winner chooses their preferred model.

If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the vehicle in his or her name then they may assign the vehicle prize to another person with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and an assignee.

The vehicle will be made available for the winner to collect from the car dealership closest to the winner’s place of residence as stated in their entry details. All costs associated with travel to and from the car dealership is at the winner’s own costs.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any mechanical, body or paint repairs or maintenance of any kind relating to the prize after the date and time of prize collection by the winner.

The total maximum retail value of the Prize is A$116,000.
