[PC/Steam] Free Game: Bionic Dues from Humble Store

490

Don't know much about this game, other than it being free and that we (or at least I) just click redeem on freebies. Available on all the usual platforms via Steam or DRM free download.

Robot rebellions should be quelled by the best of the best. When the best of the best are killed… it's up to you. Subdue the uprising in time, or your corporate overlords nuke the city.

Bionic Dues is a tactical, turn-based roguelite with mech customization. Guide multiple classes of Exos through a variety of missions filled with enemy robots that are as buggy as they are angry. This is at least as bad as it sounds. Explore for loot, destroy key robotic facilities, and brace yourself for the final attack by your enemies… just as soon as they can pull it together.

  • System [PC] and Steam in title, please.

    • -1

It's also for Mac and Linux. Just put OSes in tags otherwise title gets too long.

      • PC as in Personal Computer. PC is NOT an operating system obviously.

You are talking about Operating Systems which can be Windows, Mac (which really should be iOS) or Linux.

So, PC is generic and merely means that we are not talking about consoles or handhelds. That is how it's been done for a long time.

Steam denotes the platform where the game can be downloaded from (as opposed to DRM free) - that is valid for all OSs, so putting in Steam is useful and appropriate.

        • But I never said anything about "Steam" should/should not be added to the title. (Btw, I agree that it should be there.)

And, Macs run Mac OS X, not iOS.

          PC as in Personal Computer.

You're one of those people, huh. Each to their own. :)

        • @MiniMoo:

Whatever Macs run is what should be listed when it comes to the operating systems and not the name of the PC/Brand/Model. Not really interested in all things Apple so please forgive me for thinking it runs iOS which is the same just for tablets and phones I suppose.

Yes, I am one of those people who really don't like it when people cannot just leave things be but must always "complain" about something.

And I am sorry to say, PC means what it means and in two years YOU are the only one who has had an issue with this. Everyone else clearly understood the differentiation function of the tag [PC].

Nevertheless, I still wish you a great weekend.

  • Also, the expiry date on picture says it expires on 23 January 2016. NOT in 7 days.

      Fixed, thank you.
I presume 23rd is US time, so set to 24th.
