    I don't do fad diets but wasn't the whole point of this paleo stupidity to eat raw, unprocessed food items and one of the easy ways to do this was to avoid opening any packet with food inside?

      Without being an expert on Paleo - you're correct. These Paleo bars don't go through intensive processing and are still considered Paleo friendly.
      They're made with crushed nuts, coconut oil and fruits.

          Interesting you say that! Check out the Genographic project and grab the kit to map out your ancestry; perhaps it will help guide you on the Paleo foods your genetic makeup is naturally adapted too ;). Unfortunately I haven't seen the kits on OzBargin… yet.
