In response to potential future comments, I offer the following answers.

  • The business is closing down, due to a job offer I have received in Canada, which I will be taking come February.
  • The range is limited due to the holiday season and stock has not been replenished.
  • Yes, there are players who no longer play for a particular team, nor were a star player. This is why the jerseys are available at the price they are. For comparison prices please view the NBA Store's stock to see similar products at a more expensive USD price plus the $25 shipping.
  • There is also products available that are not currently, nor were ever available for purchase in Australia.
  • There are people who do not care what player is represented rather support a particular team, or utilize for fashion.

I please ask that you please be respectful in the comments.

      Thank you

  • Any shorts? Real keen on shorts.

  • What determines how big some of the discounts are? Really keen on some of the Davis jerseys but not sure why some aren't as discounted as the rest.

    • All good just realized they're XL :(

    • All depends on the price I purchased them for.

What will happen if people receive faulty merchandise which require a refund and you're out of the country?

    • Well, that's why PayPal is available, and say I am not a man of my word there are options there to reclaim it. But as it is an online business and payments are electronic it isn't difficult to offer refunds and I'm not Dick Smith.
I have however, personally inspected every item, so any damages will have occurred during shipping.
I do want to add that there has only been a handful of jerseys returned and that was due to an incorrect size being ordered.

  • ah only jerseys, so you have to buy 2 for free shipping. Deal breaker for me sorry. good if you want a couple

    • +1

I'm sorry you feel that way. I am looking to clear stock quickly, so I am barely breaking even as it is, so having people buy a few actually helps in multiple departments.

i'll buy 5 to help you out - if sizing and quality turns out ok will you be able to do the odd one or two additional jerseys (if their still their) for free shipping? I would have split up 2 or 3 now and 2 or 3 later but worried it'll sell out. by buying 5 now hopefully you can help me out too as I might want to chuck in just a large stoudemire by itself for the father …

      • Hi OP, i ended up buying 6 in the end actually… i left a message on the checkout, i've no more money but given the number of jerseys bought I was hoping you could do an ozb special deal for me to throw in one more large swingman jersey for my old man who is a crazy nba fan, albeit probably needs to ditch his youth size jersey …. (the missus bought it in america… hence the size fail).

Just thought i'd try my luck and ask kindly. I also managed to put my 'billing address' as my 'shipping address' (which is my company). Not sure if this will bounce back the payment - I'm order #1130 - I'd like to update my billing address for my credit card to equal my home address if possible?

Msg me here or shoot me an email perhaps (if my address pops up on the order on your end)? Thanks and all the best for your move overseas.

  • Rep, how is your sizing compared to this:

    https://www.catchoftheday.com.au/product/adidas-men-s-int-sw…

I bought a large last time, comparing it to your sizing chart it would indicate i'm a medium? Even then the sizing was quite open/large for me, so quite loose/chilled for a hot day anyway, but could do a little tighter?

The toughest part is your sizing doesn't indicate too much about waist or hips, not sure about th efront/back length though in comparison… if you could let me know that'd be good.

    • That's standard NBA jersey sizing, to get slimmer you just need to go a size down.

      • The cotd or reps sizing is? So basically i am right in that the reps medium = a large equivalent in the cotd website?

I'm just confused why if they're all Adidas genuine swingman jerseys are they not similar sizing?

        • There is only a slight variation in the sizing, but if you do want it tighter I would recommend a smaller size.

  • +1

Its like a graveyard of fallen stars, love it

  • How do you deal with sizing returns? I haven't heard any response for my sizing question above and i can't see how with all "licensed authentic" adidas swingman jerseys how your sizing for a medium/large varies to the sizing on the catch of the day link above, which all in turn vary to the nbastore's sizing….

perhaps there's an international difference i'm not aware of, but as they're all made by adidas as official swingmans how is your sizing charts varying?

    • Hi sorry I haven't been able to answer your original question. For some reason I only get notified sometimes when there is a new comment.
Anyway, in response to your question, the COTD jerseys are distributed by adidas Australia. They are made in Vietnam but are sized according to Australian standard. My jerseys are distributed via adiadas USA and are made in Nicaragua and Guatemala according to American sizing standards which are different.
So despite them being the same company, realistically there are different branches operating separately under the one company, with each one having a different standards and manufacturers all producing a similar product.
In regards to sizing returns, we offer returns and exchanges, but we do ask that people check the sizing guide to ensure they are getting a good fit.

      • Thanks nayfon and op. I did see the sizing guide on op website but i was confused due to the cotd website. I'm a large there which is loose on me.

Given i had no reasons i got some mediums thinking it'll be tighter and since larges as i didnt mind the size even if loose. Given its US sizing the large is likely to be one size larger than the large in cotd sizing.

I'm wondering rather than waste everyone's time and money returning it for sizing maybe i should reduce my order #1130 as i ordered 4 large vs only 2 mediums. I'll email you op, any chance of processing this change before you mail out the order? Thanks

        • Yeah medium is definitely the way to go. I have emailed you prior to this message, but my email is [email protected]

Easiest thing I can do is to refund the entire order and get you to place another one. Please email to confirm if this is ok.

        • I will also note, that the sizing isn't dramatically different. If the the COTD large is loose, our large will only be slightly larger (so a bit more loose), but not an entire size larger.

        • @NBA Discount AU:

Thanks. Im omw to work so ill respond to your email as soon as i get there.

Yeap the cotd large is loose not fitting, but it's ok to me to play with. I just noted it states around 111cm for cotds large vs 119 cm chest for yours. It seemed like the diff in chest size for your medium and large sizes? When you hold those up do you find a massive difference in lengths and size of arm holes, chest etc?

  • So I bought the last piece of Kevin Love jersey (L) and it was lodge early morning yesterday to AusPost express but since then the item still hasn't been shipped to them… This item is a birthday gift for my brother tomorrow and now it looks like I won't be able to receive it till saturday or if I'm lucky monday…

    • +1

That is unfortunate. It was shipped yesterday, but unfortunately Australia Post isn't 100% reliable with next day Express Shipping. I will follow up today and see what has happened.

      • Thank you very much man, this was also the reason why I paid extra for it to be shipped express even though I live in Brisbane because I need it by friday… now it looks like that's impossible, I would've pick it up locally but I just don't have the time.

        • Yeah I totally understand and again apologise. I have found with express that it is more 1-2 days, which i advertise on the website.
If it hasn't arrived today, it should arrive tomorrow.

  • any last day bargains or still the same from earlier?

    • Offering another 10% off, plus free express shipping on orders above $75.
