Just saw this pop up on my wishlist this morning. It is the cheapest price for the re-release (features the Titans expansion as well as enhanced visuals and Steamworks integration) so far according to: isthereanydeal.

The original version of this game was really fun, so it's definitely worth considering getting it at this price.

Also, a new expansion (Tale of the Dragon) which features Chinese gods was just released (29 Jan 2016) and can be bought in a pack with AoM: EX from the same link for US $15.75 (55% off) ~AU $22.25.

    The game is very true to the original AoM experience, multiplayer is a bit lacking and you don't find nearly as many games, but that's understandable. There are often lag issues on mutliplayer games too, which can come about as you're often connecting to someone overseas.

    If you loved AoM, it's worth picking up at this price just for the nostalgia factor. It's still good!

    It's a great game, and I must've sunk hundreds of hours into the original, but for a game so old, I still can't justify paying more than USD $5… And maybe another 5 for the new expansion.

    It's amazing how much money they can milk out of re-releasing old titles.
