Zavii, Nearly a Month and The Item Hasnt Been Sent

So at the start of the year a deal like https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/228833 poped up, and being a futurama fan i jumped at the chance and brought futurama. It is now February, my box set hasnt been shipped. And the support havent been much help as to why they dont have it. I have thought about canceling the order, but buying the series from JB is way out of my price range.

So my question is has anyone else had stuff like this happen?

    believe it or not, they actually do oversell some products and do try and get them from elsewhere, give it a few more weeks, but if you don't hear anything you know they can't get any stock….

      I really dont like when companies oversell, its incredibly stupid.

    It will turn up eventually, most likely damaged as they will just put it in a either a thin box or a 'padded' mailbag
