Hi All,

Second post ever so here goes. As title suggests 20% off store wide. It flashes up on the fourth banner on their BestFriends homepage, also received it via email.

Email states:

*Save 20% off store wide Thursday 4th and Friday 5th February!
*Save across our huge range of premium food, toys, accessories, habitats, flea tick & working treatments and more!
*We look forward to seeing you in store.

They also have a Best Price Promise

With all their sales they have a blanket statement of: Best price applies and not valid with any other offer.

No mention if VIP membership is required but it is free to sign up and outside of sales you get 5% off all purchases.

All my interactions with Bestfriends have been amazing. They keep all our transactions on record and we have had to exchange all kinds of premium dog food as one of our dogs is a bit "sensitive".

Once the deal starts I will update with a few specific deals and maybe tidy this post up.

  Oh, interesting, might pop by for a look. Is that 20% on top of price matching, or price match to lower price and that's it?

  And hmmm, do they have some kind of premium food exchange program…?

    I am not entirely sure how their price matching works with their additional 20% off, mainly because most of the products we buy don't fluctuate in price to much. One scenario I can think of tho is if a shop has an item on sale and you wanted to price match it, the best price policy would apply. Either their price plus 20% off or the price matched price. Which ever is lower.

    As for premium pet food they all have a pallette policy. We tried 3 different brands over 6 months, one of the bags was a little over half way when we exchanged it for another brand. I guess if oyou Wanted to be dodgy you could buy a bag from a store and exchange it before it ended. Rinse and repeat at any pet store. Deal inception
