Hi all, first time poster but long time lurker.

Bought Steve McKnight's property investment set (4 books for $49.95 + shipping costs from http://www3.propertyinvesting.com/0-260-properties-bb today) and received a complimentary bonus bundle via email. Thought I'd share it with you guys. Any investors/property enthusiasts should appreciate the freeby. The link appears to be a direct link after testing with a colleague at work.

The E-book description: This is a special e-book written by Steve McKnight that explains many of his seldom mentioned revelations along the way to becoming financially free.

Screw this book, all you need to know is

    1. Save like a mofo
    2. Look real hard for a good place in the best area you can afford in a capital city (it could take you 6 months to know a market well enough to spot a deal immediately)
    3. Pay a deposit on the place then rent it out
    4. Repeat from 1 asap. if you couldn't get to 2 in the first place then save or work harder

There's of course bunch of other stuff that you can include, but the above is where people usually fall over, they just think of lots of reasons not to get in and then they miss out

    • What you said is very true Jackson. I work as a Property Specialist and helped many with their property Portfolio, providing advice with the current market etc. Simple as it may sound, but simple does not mean it's easy.

I've seen many failed as they based their decision upon rumors and television/media.

I personally read Steve McKnight books as well as it sometime provide interesting tips, but I only use it as a reference.

      • Hi Alva10

Would it be possible for you to message me on OZB regarding property advice?

  • I've watched the video out of curiosity. Whilst there are some useful ideas, there is also quite a lot of bull and simply incorrect information…

  • Thank you so much, reading material for tonight :)

  • Interesting… the $49.95 bundle package video mentions 3 books, does the 4th book on the far right actualyl come with it?

I have his 0-130 properties but wondering for the price of $50 for the other 3 books whether to get all 4 and offload the second copy of 0-130 i'd receive.. anyone bought this in store cheaper seperately?

Thanks for the ebook - saved a copy. Any way to save the video down too?

Edit: I note the "download now" for the video button. I've right clicked 'save as' but it times out once the download starts?

    • Yes the 4th is "free" for a limited time (only pay shipping), so ordering that and buying the 3 + combining shipping is what I did.

I haven't read anything except the free 2 chapters of the 0-130 book and it was decent enough for me to want to order it (no idea about the rest of them, but I can't imagine you'll buy them cheaper than $50 unless maybe a 2nd hand store). The video is on YouTube, the direct link is: https://youtu.be/thsyLlk5tGg

Not sure about saving it but you can just save the page as a favorite I guess. Hope this helps :)
