I wouldn't use either if using AdGuard for Android. Browser extension unnecessary, and filtered DNS loses the flexibility to tune yourā€¦

I don't use Chrome, but AFAIK the whole point of this AdGuard app is that you don't need a browser extension, therefore the comment aboutā€¦
