  • Very nice. Too bad I got my son the Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 last month already..

    • I got a redmi note 2 for. my son also, loaded global rom, great phone, he wanted a phablet.

      • Hi there, is the Redmi note 2 really that good? could you send links to info about global rom load, also which retailer do you recommend?

        • Loved the Redmi Note 2 phone .. I purchased 1 from Eglobal and 3 more note 2 Primes from Gearbest.. very happy with both sellers. Only thing I would strongly recommend is pay the extra for expedited shipping Its doesn't cost much ..Its only about 6 dollars more and it's worth every cent ..

Seems like a good buy. Looks like it supports Telstra's 3g/4g bands.

The older android is a bit of a bummer!

  • I'm using it right now and very nice phone, just bought another one. Can't complain for under $200

  • Shit missed on this.

It's a game. Catch me if you can but the seller always has the last laugh. Sicko!

  • What's the best way for someone not clued up to check what bands different country version mobile phones support, and then how these work for our local aus bands?

In reverse I'd also like to work out if the sony xperia z3 I got for my birthday (unlocked from telstra?) will work in japan on their bands (they only offer data sims supposedly)? Thinking of holidaying there in a month or so.
