      Aldi shopper?

I personally find chobani yoghurt one of the lesser brands of greek yoghurts mainly because it seems to have a gritty type texture and not great taste to me. Big fan of Jalna although it might be a bit intense for some people. If you like something sweeter, Black Swan makes a nice greek yoghurt too.

    • I've only noticed it on the shelf the last year or two.

Chobani has a really good protein to calorie ratio, especially on the plain one

    • What about sugars?

Often found at gyms, so weightlifters must also like Chobani plain yoghurt.

    Abbott's Bread $2.7

How does it compare to Turnbull's Bread?

    • +15

      Turnbulls probably has more copper.

      • +2

        Howard you figure that ???

        • +1

With his Ruddy brain of course.

    • +6

Both are filled with plain flour, but at least Turnbull's comes with hallucinogenic poppy seeds temporarily suspending the bitter reality of another failed rise in the white bread marketplace.

      • HEHE ! Brilliant ! But I think that it rose early, and someone opened the oven early and it has now flopped.

        • Glad to get a rise out of you.

    • Abbotts bread is currently $3.00 til Tuesday at Woolworths (VIC maybe other places). Coles price is $3.40 everyday.

    • Went in to check out Gillard's bread but all it said on the side was I must be a mysoginist for thinking this bread wouldn't be as good as one made by a man…

  • No… more… Chobani…

    • Why?

      • +1

We had like 4 weeks of 10 for 10 or 8 for 10… not complaining though, I love that stuff.

        • +1

I always keep a few dozen Chobani's on hand in my Eneloop-powered, ChromeCast-enabled fridge.

    Kettles chill chips yum!

    • I always thought that freezing chips would do nothing to improve the taste. I love Kettles Chilli Chips with ketchup.

      • why do you need to freeze packet chips?

        edit: oh right

    • I've noticed their chilli flavour is back to being inconsistent in terms of the amount and taste of the flavouring, which is frustrating.

$4 for Magnums? meeh NQR has them $2.69 for ones with french words, so they must be better

  • +1

  • +3
