Motorola Moto G 2015 (XT1550) - $300.60 C&C @ The Good Guys eBay Store

CRUSHONYOU

So used the 10% off ebay deal with The Good Guys ebay store

Went to officeworks and got them to price match and beat by 5% bringing total cost to $285.57. (https://files.ozbargain.com.au/upload/129076/37105/receipt.j…)

Not the cheapest it has ever been
Still a decent price as I was after a budget phone with decent camera and battery life.

Have and love this phone. Awesome battery life. Basically a slightly de-featured but much cheaper nexus 5x

  • I got one of these while back in the states as a back up phone for travelling. Really good phone with no bloatware. Get the 16gb of the 8gb version.

The camera is not great in low light - but the price, functionality and quality of the phone makes up for this

  • is this a step up from htc m7?

    • No, better keep your m7

  • I got mine for 220 last year after cash rewards, trs, and 20% off an amazing phone for the price

    • Which retailer was that from?

    • $220 is what this phone should be priced at. It really is nothing special when compared to the spec/price available OS.

We really get screwed here with phones.

      • if anyone can find it for $220 please do let me know..as i haven't yet opened the box ><

You won't find a better deal. My comment was more about phone prices in general, not just this deal.

  • Got this as a backup phone now use it as a primary phone, whole day usage on the battery is the main reason. No bloatware like my Samsung, duel SIM also usefull

    • could not find anythng about dual sim, do you think it is?

      • ive got the phone in front of me and can confirm it has dual sim

the motorola website states: "Dual Sim available in retail stores (Micro SIM)"

  • If Sim 1 is using 4G, is Sim 2 using 3G or 2G, just worry about Telstra and Optus close 2G around this year end and next year start.

    • Your secondary sim will use 2G. Vodafone has not announced closing 2G yet, so may be an option in the long term.

  • Just bought and salesman said don't price policy with ebay so he went to website with android in it (forget), and priced at $297 so got it for 282.

Nearly. Your a verb a way from a full sentence!

        • You're.

          I kid, I kid.

        It's Mel Gibson, probably drunk

    • Any ideas if it was an Australian website?
