    what's the point when Petbarn still can't get orders out the door from sales 3 weeks ago ! Order at your own risk is all I can say.

      Placed first order with them last week. They got my order out the door in a couple of days, but they sent me the wrong thing. Now I have to try and sort it out. They don't answer emails apparently. Will call them tomorrow.

      Same issue. I placed an order last Friday, still hasnt even been dispatched. Sent them 2x emails - no response. Spoke to them over the phone - they offered nothing more than an apology. Their solution - go pick it up in store instead. I could have done that ONE WEEK AGO!

      Call them and you can arrange to pick up from their store - yes it beats the whole point of online ordering but if you're in a rush, at least you can collect.

    Was going to pull the trigger on the Advance Total Wellbeing Chicken All Breed Adult Dog Food, but decided to do a quick google search.

    Turns out that it's cheaper at petcircle.com.au (which I've never ordered from before).

    The 15kg bag is $94.26+shipping at petbarn compared to $87.25+free shipping at petcircle. Guess it pays (saves?) to do your homework.

    Edit: Petcircle has free shipping to everywhere in Australia but WA. Sigh.

      Check out petusuals as well. Find the prices there to be pretty good. Then you also have Stefmar and Budget pet products. Have ordered from all of them depending on who has the best prices at the time.
