I haven't actually tried it yet but will be doing so soon - good timing on their part. I'm guessing it's only for new/trial accounts.

  • has anyone tried to add this to existing account ? i can't seem to locate an option.

  • I used Xero for about a year. Good software. I eventually switched to MYOB Essentials - I found it slightly cheaper and suited my purposes a little more. Also worth considering although no specific deals on that I'm aware of.

    • Are you good with book keeping?
Im an amateur at best and found myob rediculously difficult to use, also when trying to input a payment required countless steps going into sub categories.

I gave up and went to xero, havent looked back.

      • No, just run a small business. I guess it all depends on the individual. I found Xero and MYOB Essentials very similar overall - the biggest difference is $29/month compared to $50 for similar functionality.

      • I also went from MYOB to XERO… That's probably one of the main reasons I now drink!!!
If it wasn't for the hassles and time consumption of migrating back, I would've a long time ago!

  • Xero (Accounting Software)

I hope they're better at maths than they are at spelling…

    • MYOB

      • Make Your Own Bed ???

        • No, just pointing out another Accounting Software company that might be better at maths than spelling.

        • @Baysew:
But we know MYOB is just an acronym!
