i get my walnuts from woolworths when they are on special with discounted gift card and other promo (eg $10 off $100 spend)

aldi used to have cheap nuts but they've really jacked up their prices and seem to be more expensive than coles/woolworths
coles seems to be more expensive than woolworths for nuts

    Dandenong Market.

    • How much roughly are they around there?

    • I bought in Dandenong Market too.
Bought few times from supermarket, didnt really like it.

I havent been to dandenong for a white, but I am quite sure, the price is above $20. I am happy with the quality so far.

  • I go to a nut shop near where I work. They are about the same $20/kg as you mention, but I think their products taste better than the supermarkets, and they are friendly local traders. This shop does their roasting in-house. Being the cheapest is not always the only consideration.

    Costco

    • +1 Costco for their variety and also product taste and for their damn cheap prices.

  • www.nutroaster.com.au The walnuts in this website are $17/kg

  • I buy Macro Almond meal from woolies which tastes very nice with desserts. It's about $21/kg and doesn't take all that hard work crunching.
Thought I'd mention as with discounts it's about the same price as kernals.
