Madden 16 - Xbox One

Okay so I made a very un ozbargin decision I noticed Madden 16 was on special on the xbox live store for around $30 last Monday so I purchased it (via paypal), next day I noticed the EA access just added to its list of games hence why the cost must of been lowered. I should of just got EA Access FFS! And to make maters worse Madden 16 on xbox one keeps freezing very frustrating I've read some forums and seems like a common problem. I've just requested a refund from paypal for the "digital purchase" what do you think my chances are? Hopefully it goes through and I just sign up to EA access.

    I would cancel the request for a refund if you value your account. Microsoft, like Valve, don't take too kindly to chargebacks. The best course of action would be contacting Microsoft directly and discussing a possible refund, although I don't like your chances.
