    Pretty much all fridges get poor reviews on product review. People only go on there to complain. ;-)

        This fridge was big, cheap, and had plumbed water and an ice maker which ticked our main boxes. I also read LOTS of reviews and found virtually no fridge with water and ice makers on certain sites had good ratings.

        The fridge is deep. REALLY deep. In most kitchens it will stick out way past cabinets. It's no noisier than our last westinghouse. The biggest flaw is the freezer handle coming off if not pulled directly forward. Really poor design and will probably speak to westinghouse to see if there's a fix.

        You will need large glasses to catch the crushed ice as it does tend to shoot out if not completely covering the chute. We've not experienced any leaks.

        Had the fridge delivered. Took a sliding door off and left my wife home to accept delivery. Electrolux / Westinghouse delivery guys refused to unbox and take the fridge inside as they couldn't be sure it would fit. My wife suggested taking the doors or draws apart if needed and they said we would have to book a technician if we wanted that done at our cost. They left it outside under cover. I came home from work, undid 4 screws to remove the freezer draw and got it inside myself. My wife rang Westinghouse to complain and experienced the WORST customer service ever. Incredibly rude lady.

        So would I recommend the fridge….. Based on our customer service experience. NO.
