No. It means you can also buy a Vodafone pocket wifi or above listed phones for half price at Woolies. Not sure if same or different model though.

Any one know whether it came unlocked or is it locked to Vodafone?
I picked one of these up on Friday in store; in addition to the half price modem, it came with 8GB of data ($30 recharge of 4GB with a bonus 4GB). Was a bit unsure about Vodafone speed and reception, but I was pleasantly surprised, and at $40 for 8GB including the modem, there wasn't much to lose!
Do online orders get 8GB of data as well? Sounds like an excellent deal!
