Hi Ozbargainers,

Another Jimmy Rods is opening in Brisbane tomorrow at 133 Adelaide Street. They're advertising free haircuts on their website and also their Facebook page. I've had cuts from Jimmys before and they are usually pretty good.

Good luck with the lines and hopefully some of you get a free haircut!

      Depends on what areas you get cut.

      I'm fairly sure they usually charge 30 for a haircut, but it's been a while since I've been so don't quote me on that.

    Pleasantly surprised by everything as soon as I walked into the shop… especially the lack of a huge waiting line!

    Was not expecting the hot towel and shaving service as well as a bottle of shampoo too, so it was icing on the top. Will most likely make a return one day.

    20 min wait at the moment. It's about as busy as any barbers would be but then again they aren't advertising their haircuts are free

    Personally I like appointments but they aren't doing them

    Very good service and haircut. Went there around 12.30pm…waited about 30 mins. Got a free bottle of water, 2 movie vouchers and 250ml bottle of shaving cream as well!
