Used to think same, But if I may draw an analogy, bible is the staple being pasta steak or rice, aboslutely the foundamental and you can survive on it for sure. But other books music are also healthy snack, only meant for better.

      Total waste of money
The only book you need is your KJV Bible

Your argument contradicts itself when I use this deal to purchase a KJV Bible.

They have a really limited selection of books by Richard Dawkins :(

    • Well I'm surprised they even stock any of his works. He's a well known atheist.

    • +5

And even those are in the humour section.

There's quite a few books on rebuttal to his God-focussed books though! :)

"The Dawkins Delusion" is actually not a bad read.

    • Hey, good on them for stocking at least a couple of them!

      • Typed in Dawkins and I get this….

        KOORONG
Whoops! That's a problem right there.

We apologise for the inconvenience. We are working hard to restore normal service……

Well, that's open for interpretation ;-)

        • Its not because of the query, the site is experiencing issues i think, i got that message very often

        • @fm:

I understand that, I'm just looking at the funny side of this flashing up on the screen from a religious bookstores point of view towards Dawkins book

          “Whoops! That's a problem right there” ;-)

Yeah it was purely a website issue…it just made me laugh

time to grab lots CDs. any other places better to buy though? Matt west, tenth avenue north etc.?

    • +1

Check out familychristian.com in the US as they often have some super cheap prices on CDs, $5 for some new releases. Not viable if you are only looking at a couple as shipping kills the deal, however depending on your definition of "lots" it could be worthwhile. I used to buy in bulk from an Ebay seller and even with shipping the CDs cost around $8 each. Sadly he is not selling stuff on eBay at the moment.

thanks op! recently came across an edm group called capital kings, will get their cd now!

  • Any recommendation for teenage girl?

  • We bought more of the Imagination Station/Adventures in Odyssey series books - my 8-year-old loves them.

  • thanks. time for a few new devotionals.

  • It's ashame they don't offer pick up, in fact it's a shame many companies don't offer free pick ups.

People should be allowed to pick the items they order online themselves, from the store, so therefore it reduce man effort.
