    I was checking these guys out before and saw some people suggest they were selling refurbished models. I don't know how valid those claims are, but the price is so good (even for grey import) that this does set off some suspicion alarms for me.

      Lol, so you either get excellent service or terrible service :D ???

      Oh well I used Credit Card for transaction so will use the banks disputes process if absolutely necessary. But as I mentioned, friends have bought the GoPro 4 Black in the past from these guys, (which was $420ish so again much cheaper than others) and recommend these guys. I guess its up to you if you want to take the risk.

        I think you need to put a massive disclaimer "BUY AT OWN RISK !!!" at the very top of the post in bold and underlined based on the incredibly bad reviews everywhere.

    Bought a camera from them years ago coz the price was really cheap. took me over a month for the refund. gave me lame excuses that they did not have the item in stock. But before a bought the camera email confirmed me they have stock. they point fingers everywhere.

      That's crazy lucky because I emailed them and asked why it was cancelled and they said it was a pricing error!
