Now that I have one i'd say the camera turns on and takes a photo instantly compared to my old 4 and 5 (didn't have a 6). The battey life is shorter than I expected, but I've been downloading and streaming music all day for the last 2 days - so using pretty full on.
or it might be depended on the processor. as the US and china are using Sd 820 instead of samsung's own Exynos

Good price! But i just cant use those small screen phone anymore after using the iPhone 6 plus for over a year. Will wait till they have the Galaxy s7 edge on their ebay store.

Still too expensive imo. Galaxy phone has never been more expensive than iPhone at RRP as far as I remember.
It's just an S6 with updated processor + water proof and SD card. Looks almost exactly the same as S6. This is kind of an iterative upgrade, like the S series for iPhones (4S, 5S, 6S).

It will depreciate in price very quickly. It won't fall as quickly as the S6 did (because that was a dud) but going by trends I'd say it will be less than 700 by end of this year.
But yeah, my wallet is not big enough for a 900 dollar phone. Will be happy with my $328 LG G2, thanks.
Actually the s5 stayed high for a long time because the 6 was a dud, but even the 6 stayed high for a LONG time.

Awesome Deal OP. Had to pull the trigger, was mulling over the standard or edge variant. Was leaning towards the edge until I actually went into a store and held both phones in my hand. Felt the normal s7 was a better fit and 5.1 inch the perfect screen size for me (from Z3 compact, to G3, to s7!)

Just picked up mine… There was a lot (around half a dozen in front of me and more coming in) of people waiting on the S7.
They're being a little more cautious on these when it comes to ID checks. I was asked to show the Paypal email receipt and they took note of the transaction no from both ebay and paypal.

Question, has anyone loaded AIDA64 and determines if the local ones are Exynos CPU and Isocell camera or Snapdragon CPU and Sony IMX Camera?
Im a touch wary purchasing something that's not exactly as the specs state and Samsung were very cagey when I asked them, to me this seems like buying a car and it randomly comes with a 1.8 or 2.0l engine and mags or steelies!
exynos and isocell. mate has a edge and i have normal. both same speced. pretty sure only the states have snapdragon and imx.

As far as I know, because of Samsung Pay, Samsung is blocking the rooting methods that bypasses KNOX counter more vigorously.
Since the rooting method that used ping to bypass KNOX counter (which was in 5.0.2? 5.0.1?) in S6, I've not seen a method that leaves KNOX intact on S6 (then again, it might be that I haven't seen it, not it doesn't exist). So I assume it'd be worse with S7.

so I ordered from the good guy with their 20% off ebay and they shipped via fastway, im super worried as for a whole day and couple hours it has been sitting in one place and hasn't moved or anything, hasn't moved today so far as well. so I looked up fastway reviews and they are the worse.
People have gotten their items stolen by them, they dont help they hang up on phone calls, they dont deliver your item instead just put a card to pick up an item and when you go pick up they cant find your item…or it takes weeks for them to deliver… for me it says

I asked for mine to be picked up on sunday.. still waiting…
Called them up on tuesday and they sold the last one monday (they forgot about my order somehow). Now i'm just waiting for them to give me a ETA on when they will get more stock in.. Needless to say they are useless.
I paid for mine on the 15th, got an email that it was picked up on the 16th, and today it shows:
