What would be another way of checking to see if you get a free bottle of wine with $150+ purchase of wine?

I also added over $150 to my shopping cart, and nothing.
I added the wine linked above and was charged $20.90
I signed up for the email offers.
I did not create an account / log in, I though I would post here to see if you had any more useful information.Perhaps I need to be logged in, or I may need a promotional code, or it could be targeted to just you, or perhaps I need to use my mouse left handed?
