You'd probably be better going with one of those Dozendeals or Skye deals. Ok yes you have to buy 6-12 bottles, but if you just pick a Shiraz + High rating then you're probably onto a good drop for a bargain price

Maybe stretching it a little bit, but have you tried the Kalleske Clarrys GSM? This is easily my go to circa $20 recommendation.
Try Cat Amongst the Pigeons GSM 2023. It won the Grenache Blend trophy at the Australian National Wine Show this year, tasted blind amongst 15 other competitors. It's 13 bucks (but make sure the store stocks the correct vintage).
