  I guess it depends on what you are after. If it's goods, you may be able to use a mail forwarder. If it's for a service for when you are in the states, putting in a fake address may breach the T&C's, but I doubt a merchant will know the difference.

    I doubt it. They won't mail him out any correspondence (may sign him up for spam) - any confirmation would be by email.
