    How well do you package your boardgames has it improved since last year (e.g.more padding)? I noticed a few people from a previous thread last year complain about the type of packaging used in the postage of boardgames as there was few boxes with a bit of damage due to poor packaging (e.g squished corners, cosmetic damage to the boxes, bashed corners etc)

      Hi silentAggressor,
      We have learnt from our mistakes last year and have improved our packaging with either padding (padded bags, bubble wrap) and boxes. We've had a dramatic decrease in complaints since implementing this system however there are times where it is still not enough. In these cases we often deal with the customer directly to find an amicable solution.
      Thank you for bringing this up again so the rest of the users here can buy with confidence :)

    Purchased a game for pickup.
    If range was expanded a little more, this store could turn out to be a real winner. Competitive prices, willing to price match and most of all helpful and active customer service!

    Your "Pandemic original edition" - what do you mean? The box pictured is definitely not the "original edition" - it's the 2013 edition. Makes a big difference because the old edition is incompatible with the new expansions (different card backs).

      It is the 2013 edition - we tried to differentiate from the other editions but did not mean the 'original' 1st edition.

    Hi Rep - Definitely a + for customer service! Totally agree with others that say if you can get a good wide range of games your store could really become a hit!

    Just wondering if you could possibly get the traditional card games like; Phase 10, Uno, Rage and skip bo, to name a few… Adding these plus others would be great imo. Thanks again!

        Thanks, I was close to ordering it from Amazon but would prefer local. Also if you have a look at boardgamesearch.com.au you will see Blood Rage is the most popular search at the moment. I strongly recommend getting listed on that site. In the meantime I ordered Smallworld + expansion from you!

      The best we can do is the current price, which I know is not lower if you buy an individual item but if you qualify for the free shipping it is $4 cheaper!

    I would like to get Settlers of Catan at $56.95. 5th edition appears to be sold out, happy to buy 4th edition (if you're trying to clear stock).
