You can get the cheeseburger for $2 too, and ask them to hold the cheese…

    • +1

How many pieces can they hold?

      • +2

You can ask for the cheese on the side and then sell it on ebay…

      • they hold all the mcdonalds cheese

    • Interesting enough, I think it's actually cheaper to get a hamburger add cheese than a cheeseburger by itself (without the deal).

With this deal if you add cheese it'll be $2.50 and at my current store a cheesy by itself is $2.80. That's a saving of 30c!

I'll check the prices next time I work, as they vary per licensee.

I think this is nationwide, I got the email too in NSW and it doesn't mention any restriction.

      Thanks. Revised.

      Two fiddy

  • no cheese AND NO SPRINKLES??? not even served between glazed donuts. :(

  • They are tiny. I wonder how much to add cheese? lol

Good for the little kiddies. Even then dont think they worth it. Better off getting $1 chips at KFC and they have shrunken the packet as well.

2$ maccas burger, $1 kfc fries, $1 HJ frozen coke,

      • $3 in petrol. .. :)

Unless you have all your own produce and animals growing in your backyard, you're probably going to need to get food from somewhere!

    rip off..
You've been able to get these burgers for $1 in Japan for ages.

    • +5

      We are in Australiaaa Mateeee!!!!!

  • How much are they usuallly?

  • 'Only difference between this (hamburger) and a cheeseburger is that this one doesn't have any cheese.' Or any ham .. :-) .. !!

  • +1

Just back from the US where TWO cheeseburgers at Macca's there costs $2.40 (+ tax). We're being ripped off .. again .. :-( .. !!

    • -1

Plus they even get free bullets as well.

    • Don't they have liquid "cheese" there?

      • Usual creamy yellow cheddar much the same as here. All Macca's USA burgers are very similar in taste and appearance to the same product here, in fact the USA burger industry uses huge amounts of Australian minced beef .. :-) .. !!

    • That's roughly $3.30 aud …not that much diff when taking into consideration the product quality

  • this replaces the $2 chicken and mayo burger

  • +1

thanks McD for giving bargains for lunch and dinner, but your food tastes so horrible that even if it'd be free I wouldn't eat it!!!

    • +2

That would be an OzB cardinal sin to refuse anything for free.

      • hahaha!!! oh well, than I'll think about it

  • Just curious, did you guys feel full eating one hamburger from McD? I usually eat two and still feeling hungry.

    • Not worth the bother. The hamburger doesnt even fill a small kid. You may as well get a whopper with coupons.

    • 2 usually fills me up with a dash of cola…but once I get back to the car I'm hungry again :(

    • Look up cheeseburger lasagna. Then proceed to buy 60 hamburgers and make one. You will be full lol.

  • I used to get beef&bacon for 3AUD off cheap ass menu or whatever it is called0 @maccas. They were actually quite alright. Can't see 'em now on their website: https://mcdonalds.com.au/menu/loose-change-menu.

  • They keep removing stuff from their loose change menu. Pretty soon it will just be half a bun for $2….then the prices will increase.

    • Lol the drinkbox would be an improvment on the bun flavor wise.

    LOL.. which is the "bargain"?

    • U win @ this

    • Why the neg ? It is much larger, better quality, and better tasting.

  • +1

What's inside, no cheese is a junior burger?

    • Yeah I was wondering what happened to the "junior burger" name?

      • i Think there was a naming rights issue that they couldn't win (surprisingly)

  • Can I add $1 to get burger with the lot?

  • You know what they call this burger in Paris ?

    • +1
