    I have never used windows mobile, is it not connected to your windows account on pc to download same apps on both devices?

      One Microsoft account connects you to all of their services but in this case it looks like the discount only applys to the apps for non-mobile - I did think that they were universal apps though… it's funny cause even going onto the store through the browser, it lists that the apps are compatible with all of their devices.
