if only I thought I could benefit, going from 12GB to 16….I picked up one of these last deal, has been flawless.

    • You probably would benefit as an even configuration is meant to be better and I don't think you have 2 x 6gb ?

      • that's the theory. But it seems to run fine as-is (4+8), came shipped with 2+4 from Dell. I don't think I've seen usage hit 10GB yet, hence I don't hink it will run any faster with 8+8

Great deal, thank you nocure :) Keep up the good work.

  • I am interested in single 16GB DDR3L SODIMM, but it is US$159.99 at amazon.

    Why 2x8GB is US$57.98, but 1x16GB is US$159.99?

    • Because you're getting into niche markets which can command a premium

  • Installed this last night from previous deal. Can confirm (1) it's labelled DDR3L (2) Crucial are idiots for advertising it as "DDR3" and confusing everyone (3) The RAM works fine in my Inspiron 7559

  • Is this the Crucial equivalent to the Kingston 8GB RAM below?
