With the key you get a miniature black pet sheep that has the Steam symbol shorn into its fur. This sheep will follow the player around on his or her adventures.
I have never played the game but for those of you that play this game this might be a nice gimmick or decoration to have.
Anyway, it is free so what's the harm.
