Correct the renal is a Veterinary product, so only available through a Vet (we've had a few people ask if we can get the Vet products).
Shipping is hard to WA and even outside Metro Queensland. It's not that we want to exclude those living 'further away', the couriers just make it difficult by charging high amounts to ship there, especially for heavy/bulky items. WA we still have flat rate up to 5kg, so might help some buying a smaller Royal Canin pack or two (or even the wet cat food).

No sorry (as per the email when you sign up). That would be ~45% off Royal Canin (give or take), which I don't think anyone would be able to do.

Royal Canin dog food is not the best food around
eg in Maxi adult main ingredients are dehydrated poultry protein, maize, maize flour, animal fats, wheat, rice, maize gluten, hydrolysed animal proteins, beet pulp. Lots of maize (corn) which is a poor source of nutrition and a good filler

I have the same concern over Royal Canin's ingredients
Besides corn fillers, it also contains 'Meat by-products', i.e. bones & skins & guts … which doesnt sounds so good
However, all vets unanimously recommend Royal Canin & Science Diet. I don't really understand why
same reason why a doctor prescribes a particular brand of medication :)

Sadly I may not have a choice. Vet said my cat 'possibly' has food allergy and have to eat only Royal Canin Hypoallergenic for the rest of her life.
Really depends on what the allergy is. But will leave this to the experts
Nice offer for those who live "over east" (Speaking as someone in WA). Our cat has just been diagnosed with kidney issues and "needs" the Royal Canin "Renal" food, I take it that this is only available at Vets.
