  Last year my girlfriend bought a cue from here and we paid online only to get no response. I tried calling the owner of this store several times, only to get sent to voice mail. Then eventually the website vanished and then re-appeared all re-vamped. In the end we gave up on chasing our money.

  I'm wondering if any associates are reading this because this business practice is unacceptable and this issue needs to be addressed.

  I'll let you all know how I go. So far everything appears to be moving along swiftly enough. The order was processed and shipped on the day of purchase, so I expect it'll have arrived when I get home tonight, or early next week. I'll update you guys when I have more to offer.
