    do you have a store so I can try these goggles on before I buy?

    also a couple of other questions on your site:
    - with regards to GST does it apply as under the GST section it says "Contact lenses which have no power (plano) including novelty coloured lenses will incur GST of 10%. All sunglass and spectacle frames will …" - there is nothing after will
    - your 'returns policy' is a bit weird

    "All contact lenses come with a full manufacturer’s warranty which covers any faults or defects in the lens. If there are any problems with the lenses please remove them and contact our support team. If contact lenses have been supplied incorrectly the lenses must be returned with in 30 days for a correct replacement. All Returns must be unopened, in original condition and purchased from Contact Connection to receive a replacement. Before returning a product please contact support staff via email on [email protected] and our support team will guide you through the process."

    if you only accept returns that are unopened, how can I check that the product doesn't have a defect ??

      Hi Willy,

      Thanks for your questions. Unfortunately we don't have a store for try on's. We are a purely online retailer, which is why we can offer discounted prices for genuine, high quality products. Our free returns policy gives you security in the case you don't like your product.

      Apologies for the confusion with the returns policy - the part you've read there refers to purchase of prescription contact lenses (disposable lenses you put in your eyes). For eyewear (spectacles, sunglasses and ski goggles), we offer a 60 day free returns policy. We are more than happy to exchange or refund any product returned within this time limit, provided it has not been damaged or used by the customer. We also honour a 12 month warranty on all products for manufacturer defects. Should you decide you're not happy with your purchase, you can begin the return process by sending us an email. We will send you a return Australia Post label, so you can return the item to us free of charge. Once we get the product back and confirm it is in its original condition, we will process a full refund.

      GST - I'm not sure why that has been cut off, thanks for bringing it to my attention! All frames incur a 10% GST, and this is calculated in the price, so you will not pay more than the product prices listed on the website, plus a $9 delivery charge for orders under $150.

    What's the difference between FlightDeck Prizm and FlightDeck Prizm XM?

    Do they all come with 2 lenses, one for low light and the other for sunlight?

      Hi there! The only real difference between the Flightdeck and Flightdeck XM is the size. The Flightdeck XM is a scaled down version of the Flightdeck. We are more than happy to exchange between the two, if you decide you'd prefer the other size.
      The goggles do not come with replacement lenses. You can, however, purchase replacement lenses through us. Let me know if there's anything else I can help with!

          I emailed them asking about the Prizm rose lens but haven't heard a price back yet. Also told me to ship my goggles to them for fitting… not sure why.
          Rep, you should just post the prices of the lens online as well (with a discount hopefully!)

          EDIT: Just been told its $80. What a killer price!!

    Hi there! Got any asian fit goggles? The other Oakley goggles always have a gap in the nose bridge area for me.

    Also, do you sell lenses for the Airbrake?

      Thanks for your enquiry! We can definitely get Asian Fit goggles for you. I know Oakley do the Canopy, Crowbar and O2 XL in asain fit - and possibly more!
      I would suggest browsing the Oakley site, selecting a model you like and then sending us an email at [email protected] so we can organise the order for you!

      We can get replacement lenses in also - just need an email to discuss further as they are not listed on our site :)
