Sorry, i did not get this. For eg if shoes does not fit me properly, i should send at my cost and you'll refund me shipping cost. Makes sense?
If you pick the wrong size , yes you have to pay shipping to us.
eg. If you bought a shoe for $100 + $9p/h total $109 and doesn't fit ,
You send back at your cost and we refund you $109, or if you want another size you need to pay $9 for us to re send.
Australia post Charges us $12 we dont make money from Postage.

In other words, if the size you picked didn't fit, and you want a replacement with a different size, a customer will be out of pocket by AT LEAST $18 ($9 OR MORE for posting the shoes back to you + $9 for re-send).
That's quite a rip-off.
It's well known that it's a gamble to buy shoes online as even the shoes of the same brand have different fit depending on a particular model.
You may well know the size you ware but a particular model may not fit. And you won't know until you try the shoes on.

Skechers are all $130 ish, I never pay more than $50 for Skecher and got a few pairs already.
That's pre discount though I assume? So they'd end up around $65 which isn't too bad.
