Not sure how good this TV is though, but $10 cheaper than the 42" Vivo Full HD LCD from DSE.
I belive it is the Myer "house brand". I'd imagine you get what you pay for…
When a 42" is about $100-$200 more for a proper brand id say your better off with that. I bought one of those Hisense 42" full HD tv's and it was ****"terrible"**** (MOD LANGUAGE PLEASE)…..Our older 52" Panasonic Plasma SHITTED all over it.
None the less, it is pretty cheap for a 42" LCD TV. Could be a option for the grandparents/parents ;)

It probably doesn't have a dynamic backlight. Difference between this and a 5 star TV would equate to no more than $10 per year with viewing habit of watching say 4 hrs per day.
Anyone actually seen it in store? (instead of pure speculation)
