Try eGlobal but shipping cost a little high though, maybe $20~25, but the prices are generally good and you're dealing with a business rather than some unknown from Aliexpress.

Well that makes no sense..
4G is not a replacement for 2G!yeah you can still use a 3G phone.
3G has very wide coverage and isn't getting shut down anytime soon. Even if you have a 4G phone, all voice calls are done on 3G
