Dash cam talk has reviews and comparisons but I can't seem to find A118C just A118:
The C denotes it uses a capacitor instead of battery (which is known to swell in the Australian sun). Pretty sure the quality will be the same between the A118 and the A118C.
Great price, but no warranty, whether the warranty worth the extra 100 bucks is another story.

I owned few dash cams, one is Vicovation (Taiwan), and 3 unknown brand (Chinese),
Vicovation provides decent quality but the Chinese dash cams are rubbish no matter the built or battery…
I am looking for a replacement because my Vicovation's battery getting old and doesn't work well…
after do some research online, this (DR650) is a quite high quality dash cam made in Korea.

Actually, it doesn't even have a battery to charge, it need power from the car to work.
You can get a DSLR for less, It's good, but too dear for a dash cam.
You are welcome to put your cheaper DSLR camera in your front window, not going to guarantee it's safety though.
Or guarantee it will still be there if parking in dodgy locations.
I already have a DR400G from years back - has already saved me an insurance incident when I rear ended someone who came out of a slip-lane. Usually rear enders are always at fault but once they reviewed my dash video, the other uninsured driver had to pay $4.5k out of pocket. Felt kinda bad for him.
Do you think it's worth upgrading to a front and rear camera?
