    Nice EC. Thanks.

    • Welcome TA. Now waiting for the Groupon haters to Come and say Hi lol

      • Your efficiency is top notch EC.

Not a deal I particularly like but better than the other ones.

      • +3

        Hi!

      • what's the drama here?

        • +2

You're a good guy, don't worry about it!

  • Great deal EC, thanks.

Not worth after adding shipping cost when you order

    • +5

Stick with the 20% off vouchers from the entertainment book.

So if your online order is $100 this will save you $5 (5% saving). Entertainment book voucher saves you $10 on a $50 order (20% saving).

It just makes sense to purchase an entertainment book with all the potential savings it has to offer.

      • And also Free Shipping doesnt count on the discount, so need to spend $124 for free shipping after voucher

        • +1

Yes please be aware that shipping cost is extra on top. The minimum postage is $8+. The discount is the same as the physical store and by using this e-voucher, the buyer CANNOT pickup from physical store (I live 10 min from Chemist Warehouse). Your saving of 20% has gone to postage unless you purchase over $100. In addition you cannot combine 2 $50 e-vouchers on a single purchase. It is not OP's fault but Chemist Warehouse plays a dirty trick on e-voucher and online shopping.

Entertainment book voucher saves you $10 on a $50 order (20% saving).

It's a maximum of 20% off, only if you spend exactly $50.

        • I always make sure my order is $50.xx. Can never get it to exactly $50.00 but close enough.

      • Yeah, better use the EB coupons, but you have to buy book first !

  • +1

I don't understand this offer, says shipping is $8.95 but then follows it up with:

    1) Buy your Chemist Warehouse eGift Card on Groupon
    2) $25 Chemist Warehouse eGift Card will be emailed to you in approx. 2-4 business days
    3) Use Chemist Warehouse eGift Card online at: http://www.chemistwarehouse.com.au/
(strictly not valid for in-store redemption)

We get shipped a print out of the email or something?

Edit: You know what..it's late and I'm a moron. I now understand the shipping is for ordering from Chemist Warehouse…laughs were had by all

  • +2

Most of the items become expensive online when you put the shipping cost. Last time, I couldn't use the voucher online at specific time and said goodbye to $45. The deal is not a deal if you can not use in store

Last time, I couldn't use the voucher online at specific time and said goodbye to $45

Well it's your fault you wasted the $45. No reason for a neg in my opinion. Next time maybe read the terms and conditions plus do your own research before you buy a deal .

Some people spend hundreds of dollars on an order and may be happy to save $5.

I hate when people make the deal about there own personal experience. The deal is not all about you ya know .

      • +2

It is not nagging at all but warning people because of unreasonable time period to use unlike Caltex, Woolworths does similar promotions. It was a two months period and I didn't realize postage were so much I couldn't get anything a good price.
Did I say 5 dollars not enough savings? You can read my comment better as well.
All critics happens to be here with personal knowledge or experience not scientific evidence based on research.
Whatever you say mate. Obviously you can not take critics that may help others.

It is not nagging at all but warning people because of unreasonable time period to use

So your blaming Groupon because you didn't read the terms and conditions of the deal ?

It's all in the fine print . Because you made a mistake And didn't read , it doesn't make the deal a bad one or worth negging

Did I say 5 dollars not enough savings?

Some people are happy with a $5 saving, especially if they have a busy lifestyle and have no time to drive to chemist warehouse . May I remind you, this is Ozbargain. And people get excited for a 1 cent saving on a microSD as seen in a recent deal (173 votes here)

All critics happens to be here with personal knowledge

as mentioned before , it's all in the fine print . You didn't provide any personal knowledge

Chemist Warehouse eGift Card code is valid until: 03 Nov 2016

I'll say that is definitely a reasonable time period to use the eVoucher

        • +3

          @CodeXD:

Thanks for reading the fine print

  • If this could be used in store I'd be all over it!

  • I just purchase 2days ago spending $160,, could've saved $ 32dollars

    • +1

this voucher is 1 per transaction only and purchasing online does incur postage fee, so spending $160 wont give you $32 saving with the voucher. If this makes you feel better lel.

      • ah i see, thanks for the clarification

  • +1

Can I buy online, return the items instore and exchange them for physical giftcards?

  • Chemist Warehouse is currently offering $2 shipping on fragrances for Mothers Day, so in effect, you'll save $3 off your order. Plenty of fragrances in the current CW catalogue, and some at good discounts. See pages 1 and 24 for single bottles or, if you're not sure which one she likes, see page 23 for the 5-piece sets of miniature bottles for 5 times the chance of giving her something she'll like. And solve your Mothers Day dilemma by entering your mum's address so that it gets shipped directly to her.
