Not only is all of the DLC available for free (https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/242438), but Alan Wake is backward compatible on Xbox One; not to mention a great game.

  Is this likely to stay this price for a while?
  This is a game that has been predicted to be a likely 'free games with gold' title this year so I've been waiting for it to come up.
  While free would be a better price, it's not confirmed as a future GWG title and likely won't have DLC included.

  I've only ever purchased games and DLC from the xbox live store, how would I buy this and get it onto my 360?

  You'll receive a code to enter in; I've been hanging out for this to be free for a while now, and since the dlc went free, it's hard to say no to less than $5. Best I saw on eBay was $15 for Alan wake + American nightmare but this floats my boat
