Dang it! Just bought it two weeks ago for $99, now cheapest ever at $94.

    I have a few 240gb ssds and I have this one… it doesnt seem to be that much slower than a Sandisk Ultra 2 or more expensive ssd.

    I have this one too. I'd say this one benches better, the Sandisk is the cheapest they make but $86… geez…

      Wrong benchmark. The SSD Plus (Entry model) is not the Ultra II (Mid Range). The High end is the Extreme Pro.

      The SSD Plus doesnt have too many benchmarks at the moment but it is meant to be slower.

        If Ultra II performs below ARC 100, does not that also cover SSD Plus as well?

  In my experience the ARC 100 is definitely faster than the Sandisk SSD Plus and about the same as the Sandisk Ultra 2 and it uses MLC so should have a better lifetime.
  Two negatives though - these are really heavy and also don't try them in Macbooks that use nVidia chipsets.

      You might need glass buddy, where does it say Sandisk is better??!
      ARC 100 is better in every aspect, read again. Then again, its against Ultra II, which means SSD Plus won't even have a chance!

  Good luck with your ocz SSD. My first failed and was replaced under warranty, it then failed and was replaced under warranty, when it failed they offered to replace it under warranty but I didn't want the hassle because they would only replace it with the same. I wrote it off and bought a different brand. No more ocz for me

    It has all changed after Toshiba took over, their record has improved. You can check the amazon review of OCZ SSD's released Since 2015.

    I used to use a OCZ 120Gb SSD (agility series) so quite a few years old and never had a problem with it, I still have it here in its box lol
    Only took it out as I swapped it with a Transcend 240Gb.
