JustHost is a solid web hosting service with superior functionality and response times — both with the site we created and service and support. We were given a test account and we used it to setup a basic site with one of their hundreds of templates. In just under an hour, we went from no site at all to a professional-looking site with news, content, products, FAQs, and contact information. The process is simple and their servers handled updates quickly — after creating/editing content and saving it in their editor, it took less than 30 seconds for it to publish live to the test website.
When looking for a web host, each customer has unique needs: some need Linux servers, others Windows. For others Ecommerce hosting with Cube Cart or Zen Cart is a must. Email needs vary as well, and some web hosts offer unlimited email addresses and storage, like JustHost, and others limit both addresses and storage. The point to this is web hosting companies generally offer similar services, but can vary widely depending on a customer's specific needs. Anybody can get your site on the internet, but how they handle your particular hosting, platform, software and most importantly, support needs is what differentiates the good hosts from the mediocre or downright bad ones.
We liked JustHost, and used their service just like we would if we wanted to setup a basic small business site. We tested their various support options (phone, chat, FAQs, etc.) numerous times and found them helpful, fast and efficient.
JustHost account upgrades are also reasonable. While your first domain name registration is free, additional domains cost $x.xx each. Private domain registration means that your name, address, and contact information is not made public. A dedicated IP address is essential if you run a business-oriented website where you have a merchant account and accept credit card payments on your site. We didn't try that particular service out, but caution anybody against going with "instant" SEO services. There's plenty of free SEO advice and tips available if you but take the time to Google it.
JustHost will transfer or register one domain for free upon signing up. JustHost can register your domain privately if you don't want your personal information to appear in a WHOIS search on your domain name (in other words to everybody). Standard domain features include support for parked and add-on domains, subdomains and international domains.
JustHost provides the necessary tools to setup your own Ecommerce site. Keep in mind that while the shopping cart software and PayPal support is free, accepting credit card payments costs extra. Merchant accounts and credit card processing require you to have a SSL Secure Certificate, which costs an additional $69.95 per year. Our experience using JustHost’s services was seamless beyond our wildest dreams. We tried every feature over and over and found very few things that left us feeling confused. We contacted JustHost support via chat and over the phone, and our longest wait time was 5 minutes during what JustHost mentioned was "peak time." Every support agent we spoke to/chatted with was courteous and helpful, and we never felt rushed. Their email support is outstanding. We sent them a few messages to test their response time. Within less than 12 hours, we got informative responses back.
During our research process, we read some negative reviews about their customer service. Based on our experience, we believe those reviews aren’t accurate.

Creating a complex website with JustHost is a quick and easy process. You can have a website started and finished in a little under an hour. This turnaround is helpful for businesses that want to hit the ground running when it comes to getting their brand out there.
Server Access:
JustHost offers unlimited additional FTP accounts, .htaccess support and anonymous FTP. You can create custom CronJobs using their tools as well.
Marketing Tools:

Summary:
JustHost is a relatively young web hosting service, but they seem to have already learned valuable lessons from previous experience and other hosting companies. They're young and responsive, and just might lure customers away from larger hosts that have forgotten what support is all about.
