The chair is worth the money. It is really comfy, sturdy and good for your back.
Very comfy, the back isn't plastic hard mesh it's a lot softer. Arm rest version is much better though imo

Arms are actually NOT a good thing. Your chair should tuck UNDER your working space which is impossible with arms. Your belly should basically almost rub the desk. Feet square on the floor shoulder width apart. Knees 90 degree angle (adjust chair height to get there) elbows as close to 90 degrees as possible when resting on your keyboard. Head should be as straight ahead as possible so adjust monitor height as much as possible.
So yeah, there you go. Arms not necessarily a good thing while working at a desk apparently.
You can lower the armrest a bit from the desk level or adjust higher a bit to move in to the desk so you get padding on your arm while while typing on keyboard. Make your wrist more comfortable. Paying $36 more you get adjustable armrest.
