why does it state 'an adaptor is required for ps3'?
Does it have an original psOne/PS2 controller plug and it requires a ps2-USB adaptor?

Yes, although it has a USB plug and PS2 plug you still need to get an adaptor to play with it. The other USB plug is just force feedback. Its kind of worthless as some games dont work it it. I got Sega Rally to work and GT5 but GT5 keeps on moving by itself right with the wheel plugged in.

    Thought it might tide me over till I find a G25 for a good price locally, but I think I'll give it a miss.
