[SYD] Free Comic Day (1st May) - Kinokuniya 20% All Comics (29th April - 1st May)

190

Heya

Just got this in the email.
Its Free Comic Book Day time of the year again.
Kinokuniya is offering free comics on the 1st May 2010. No purchase necessary. Just tell them you'll like a free comic and they'll give you one.
Its only on titles that are free. It doesn't mean you can choose any comic from the store for free.
They're several titles to choose from and its absolutely free but only on the 1st May Sat 2010.
FREE FREE FREE.
You guys like FREE and this is FREE.

The real deal breaker for me is the 20% of ALL comics.
I collect Marvel/ DC and its great savings. 29th April - 1st May. 3 day sale.
Beats Kings Comics down the street. Kinokuniya is usually already cheaper than Kings Comics without the sale.
A few year back, I even saw Kings Comic employees come to Kinokuniya to take advantage of the savings from the sale.

This is unnecessary lol. "My schedule: Watch Iron Man 2 on Thur, get hyped about Marvel comics and head off to Kinokuniya after the movie. Buy comics, then head to Glue Store for 20% off G-Star.(Also posted about this deal) Geez what a nerd."

    • Obviously trying for either marketing or politics

Hence the unnecessary babble….. and constant revisions Krudd better watch out

Looking at the Iron Man/Thor Marvel offering, it looks very MEH.

      Yes, unfortunately.
But the free comics should be available at most comic stores as it's a worldwide event.

    • Not only for Sydney and not only at Kinokuniya.
