I have to wait for Coles as no Foodworks…

You should be able to fit more in. The packs are getting smaller. Though not the prices.

      • +3

        Aint that the truth!

    • The Woolworths petrol station has them as 3 for $10.

      • They are each though, isn't it?

        • Sold individually yes. You pick the flavour you want. Big size at 3 for $10.

@Beethoven: the deal here is that you get 4-6 for $3.99

        • @expertreader:

Oh I thought they were the mini size. Oops sorry!

        • @Beethoven:

          FWIW mini is better value

might buy one to use the 2x Woolworths Mobile SIMs I bought today!

      • +2

Both are with the network that does not FAIL

    • I got it price matched at Kmart as my local ran out. Pretty good device for the price. Unlocking is cheap too from the resident ozb unlocker.

    Yorkshire Tea……….yum!

    • I've waited more than a year for this special!!!!!!!

My local will be stripped 😊

      • +1

Coles and Woolworths Yorkshire tea is Rubbish. Packaged in the UAE specifically for Australia. If you can find the real stuff (in an English speciality shop or sometimes David Jones) you should try it. Yorkshire Gold is even better

        • +1

True, but it's the best in Australia. Simple as that.

The UK version is better, granted, but good luck getting it here for less than 300% of the (special) Au version. Gold is x4. For that price you don't need to buy tea dust bags 😊 You can drink proper tea for that price.

$2.50 is an incredible price for the quality you're getting.

        • @tightwad: I disagree that it's the best in Australia. Try Tetley Extra Strong.
Plus, some things are worth paying more for (tea being one of them)

        • @antt:

Tetleys is vile. I gave mine away I couldn't drink it.

I love Yorkshire tea. I pay extra for it c/w Liptons.

        • @tightwad: Tetley is a brand. You tried them all?

        • @antt: Have to say, even though Tetley is packaged near to where I come from in UK, I'm not a fan of it.
The Yorkshire Tea I've had in the past from the supermarkets has been from UK, but it has been a few months so I'll check the packaging.

        • @whodidthat: I'm not a fan of the normal tetley blends but the extra strong is way stronger and bolder than the Aussie Yorkshire Tea, not as nice as the proper Yorkshire tea though. It's blended and packed in India (Tata have owned Tetley since the year 2000)

        • @antt: Yup, proper Yorkshire tea takes some beating.

  • Thanks TA :-)

Nice separating the Telco deals. First thing I look for.
    Thanks for post.

its very crappy that coles doesnt sell the 4 x 250ml mother in sugar free variety…

one of the only reasons i go to woolworths is to stock up on sugar free mother when they have a 4 x 250ml sale, but it never goes as cheap as the equivalent coles sales

    • +2

Ask your local store to bring it in via tell Coles. They will read it and might actually stock it for you if possible

        • You should have written Big Frogging Deal!

    • +1

I remember girls selling them at school as charity and they were $1 each THEN.

      • The prices have stayed the same but sizes have been reduced

    • Feel free to buy me one.
      They are so cute.

Those flavoured ones are gross though. Plain or nothing. Do they do dark chocolate ones now? Delicious if they did.

      • +1

No, they don't do dark chocolate ones, or not yet anyway. I agree, the flavoured ones are pretty horrible, love the plain ones though - and the hundreds and thousands ones were OK too, but they don't seem to make those any more (or if they do, no stores in WA sell them now).

  • 14$ for 30 cans of Pepsi ain't really special sorry

    • +3

Still time to buy the 24 can cube at $9.90 until Tuesday.

Thanks for flagging the apples. Fresh fruit prices are often a deciding factor for me in deciding whether to go ww , Coles or both as I usually buy the generic brand for most other things so the savings don't come in to play.

    •Maharajah's Choice Basmati Rice 5kg $8.75

you bloody rippa! have just about run out of my current bag.

If you have an Indian grocery store see if they sell Indian basmati for $10. If you like your basmati rice you may like Indian basmati better

      • Oh, thanks!

Thanks TA. I really like the layout (dot points), easy to read.

Thanks tightarse, I have just spent a few hours on the Coles website doing a large online order, this was extremely helpful to make sure I didn't buy anything that was on special from Wed onwards :)

  • +1

Well stocked on TimTams and Coconut Water from last week. :P Wait.. I don't think those offers have changed?

  • Time to stock up on white chocolate magnums. :)
