Just wondering if anyone have built their house with SinghHomes in Melbourne. I found bunch of good reviews on productreview website but nothing else.
Can someone suggest any good builder, who does quality job and don't rip off big time.
I hear they build pretty Sikh houses

we are building with SJD - no hassles so far - we are at lock up stage and all is going well. Seems to be good quality. Great communication, interaction with trades etc if we want it.
We thought it was a good product for the price - got a package with lots of inclusions - price includes everything to turn key. Sth East subs in Melb.
Try innohomes.com.au. They have a display home in officer. I am waiting on my town planning permit. In doing my research these guys I found to be good. Honest opinion no high pressure selling. Again depends on what you are looking to do. Apart from financial aspects and unfair contracts, also need to be able to connect to the builder. Building your home is a difficult process and you need everyone bank, builder and council on your side.

Thanks I sure will, from my recent research of builders. Mimosa was a good one from renown builders who have offered me flexibility in design changes, great customer experience and decent price as compared to bulk builders like Metricon, Henley etc.
However, when I went read about reviews of SinghHomes, those were less in number but all positive so i thought to give them a shot. I went to their office (without telling them about my other quote) asked for a quote and inclusions of same design i liked. All the items I asked for upgrade and some excluded because of cost i was being charged were actually standard they offer plus better and more variety of tile type and size, and other inclusions as standard.
Therefore I thought to open a forum here to see if someone have already experienced build with them.
