Unlike our other absinthes that use the Australian native Aniseed Myrtle, our Sunset absinthe uses the traditional Aniseed and Fennel making for a much more approachable Absinthe for the uninitiated yet with enough subtle complexity from the accompanying botanicals to hold the interest of the most experienced absinthe lover.
