For those who didn't purchase in TA's 50% cashback offer. Please note that if you purchased at 50% cashback earlier, you cannot purchase again at 30% cashback.
From 10:30AM AEDT to 11:59PM AEDT on 24/10/2025, only one (1) BWS transaction is permitted per member for the entire day across both the 50% & 30% cashback promos. Further orders will not track, even if the cap is not reached with your first order.
My Tips:
- Spend $100 (max) for $30 cashback (cap per member, only one order permitted). Cashback includes GST.
- Wait till your order tracks before you pick up. You can cancel if it doesn't track.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the BWS mobile app. Pause or uninstall the BWS mobile app if applicable.
- Based on previous feedback, pick up orders can only be placed at some BWS stores during opening hours.
For better tracking, use the TopCashback app, click the 'Get 30% Cashback' pink button to the BWS website (not BWS app), mobile data (not Wi-Fi) and Chrome browser.
TA's Tracking Tips:
- Prior to using TopCashback, disable/remove all 3rd party plugins (AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, Honey, etc), VPNs, avoid browsers such as Brave and close any additional browser tabs.
- For iOS device: Apart from ensuring you’re not using an AdBlock app for Safari, the most important one is to ensure you have ‘Prevent Cross-Site Tracking’ turned off (see here).
What will stop me getting my cashback

- Cashback is ineligible on Champagne, Penfolds and non-alcoholic products. Sparkling wine & non-alcoholic beer are eligible for cashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on orders paid partially or in full with WOW dollars or rewards.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any codes not approved and posted by TopCashback.
- Cashback is ineligible on use of any gift cards, vouchers, or store credit for partial or full payment. Cashback is also ineligible on purchase of any gift cards.
- Cashback is ineligible on purchases made via the retailer's mobile app.
What else is essential
- Engaging with plugins such as Honey, AdBlock, uBlock, Pi-hole, VPNs, and browsers such as Brave may prevent your order from tracking.
- Accept and allow all 3rd party cookies on the retailer's page if requested.
- Return to TopCashback to click the 'Get Cashback' button for each new transaction.
- Transactions must be completed solely & wholly online and must not be assisted or negotiated via phone/chat/email. Failure to do so will cause tracking to fail and/or have cashback declined.
