Better not buy any Chrome Books either since they have like .55% market share worldwide. And that App gap between Windows! :o
Chromebooks will run any android app from Google Play natively by the end of the year, so it makes them much more appealing.
The 1020 has a fantastic camera!
The UWP between W10 and WP10 will help alleviate the app issue.
There aren't that many 'important' apps not on Windows anymore.
The problem with that comparison is that Chromebooks have strong inroads into education. Does Windows Mobile?
Also Chrome has a viable app store. Say no more about Microsoft.
Windows 10 has the largest potential in education :P

I hate Microsoft Lumia phones, never again for me after my last experience.
My Lumia was the worse phone I ever had, issue after issue. I will list the few issues below:
- Numbers showing up as unknown even though they were in my Contacts list
- SMS app would frequently crash (like every 30 seconds) while I am typing a message
- Phone overheating so easily e.g. surfing the web, the phone became really warm to touch
- Final straw for me was when battery became faulty and had to charge it every 3 Hours even if I left it on idle
Honestly, in my opinion do not get a Microsoft phone.
Quite the opposite experience for me. My 532 has been rock solid on win mobile 10.
If you had so many issues with you phone, may be you should've returned it if it was covered under warranty.
Yeah it was still under Warranty but I really didn't want to have to put it into repair and wait for it to come back not knowing if it will be returned with more issues or not.
It was only a lower end Lumia model (paid $200 new) so thought I just get rid of it. Unfortunately first impressions are lasting ones.

Not really, Microsoft sold around 2 million Lumias last quarter. That's including selling phones like the Lumia 640 for $30 US.
I thought these Lumias would have been down to around $400 by now. If this was an unpopular Android phone with these specs it would be around $400. $700 seems a bit expensive for a last generation phone at this point. If I'm spending that kind of cash I want a current generation phone with the latest technology not last year models.
Bought my 950xl in December and many others since. Not many, but there is.
if it was only $695 cheaper than this price I'd possibly consider it!
:)It's a shame because Windows Phone is a great OS, the low end 530 has a more responsive and accurate keyboard in a much smaller screen size than my S6!
The wordflow keyboard was great on 8.1, in 10 not so good. I now prefer the Google keyboard after the recent update. Wordflow keyboard is better on iOS than windows phone too. :)
It is a great phone just can be bought cheaper online.
Will be grabbing a Lumia 950 XL for around $550 next week as just dropped and smashed my Lumia Icon (929)Lumia are just as reliable as other phones but your experiences will always vary.
We have 400+ iPhones at our company and they also break and fail and they cost $1000+
Samsungs at last company I worked at and they occasionally would break.Key thing to realize when buying any phone over $500 is you are overpaying as they are all made in similar factories for similar prices, it is the profit margin you are padding for them, especially when around $1000 as that is just nuts!
Finally, all of the major APPS are available (Facebook, Instagram etc) but I do not begrudge those who want more as my phone does what I want it to do with a 20MP camera included so can't ask for more.
